I offer this service on a corporate basis. I have in the past, for example, contributed to drawing up company policies on such topics as sexual harassment, absenteeism and discipline procedures.

I am also able to advise on both general and specific approaches for management in their methods of communicating and working effectively with staff. This service covers the area of interpersonal skills. Individually, it raises awareness of relationships within Departments and to address any difficulties which may occur.

As with mentoring, it differs from counselling in that what is being dealt with are not personal problems. While an individual has to take action or make the final decision, the content of the issue is related to others or may address business issues. My role is to help the employee to make the best possible decision for all those concerned.
